What are your daily hours of service?

Our service hours are Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 5 pm.

What type of cleaning service do you provide?

We provide a professional cleaning service in different areas. We do Residential, Office and Commercial Cleaning. In addition, our customized cleaning includes any type of special cleaning service that the client may request

How do you charge for your services?

We charge a flat hourly fee of $50 per hour which includes a team of 2 employees. The amount of time spent on cleaning the location depends on the size of the area and the cleaning needs of the client. Estimates for Residential are based on normal home conditions, as such the costs might vary from the original estimate. This price includes all equipment, chemicals and supplies.

Do you have a minimum or maximum time you will spend on any given cleaning service?

We charge a minimum of 1.5 hours ($75.00 per visit) and provide FREE estimates. No cleaning service is too small and no cleaning service is too large.

How can I get an estimate?

We can provide an estimate online, by phone or onsite. The easiest way is an online estimate which can be delivered by supplying key information and specifying your cleaning needs on the Contact Us page. The most accurate estimate would be onsite, because we can see first-hand what your cleaning needs are.

How many people do you send to clean?

Our cleaning teams consist of 2 employees.

What type of payments do you accept?

We are currently accepting cash and check. Please make checks payable to Houston Best Maid Service. and put cash or check payment in an envelope (we will provide them) for the cleaners to pick up on the cleaning date.

What if I am not happy with a cleaning job?

We aim for very high cleaning standards and make every effort to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied. If you ever feel your routine cleaning is less than satisfactory, please notify us within twenty-four (24) hours after your appointment so we may return as soon as possible to re-clean free of charge.

When is payment for my cleaning due?

For Residential we require payment immediately upon completion of our cleaning services. We can also make arrangements to receive the payment monthly. For Office and Commercial we understand that a process is done to submit and approve an invoice and will adapt to such processes.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No contract is needed for Residential Cleaning, but for Commercial it is necessary for legal and operational purposes.

What happens if I need to cancel service?

The company requires a 48 hour notice for the cancellation of service. If the cancellation occurs in less than 48 hours of the agreed date a $30 cancellation fee may be charged.

Do you work on holidays?

We do not work during holidays, but if you need for us to provide the service a certain day in particular we will gladly do so, we will need a 5 day notice.

Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?

No, we furnish all cleaning products and equipment necessary to provide the cleaning service at the highest standard.
